Wow!

I always like to share when I've had a good experience with a product, store or online store. Good customer service is sometimes hard to come by these days. Just in case you sew and haven't heard of Heather Bailey you should check out her fabrics. They are so fun and I have to brag on her customer service. I bought some fabrics a couple of months ago to make a few things for my nieces and the order arrived pretty quickly. Things got busy and I didn't have the time to start on the things I bought them for until today. I started the process of getting the pieces cut out to sew and decided I needed a coordinating fabric for something so I went to her site to find one. I placed an order and received my confirmation e-mail at 2:13 p.m. At 2:53 p.m. I received an e-mail informing me that the order had shipped. Wow!
