First, simply relax. My photo sessions aren't like your typical studio session. You can expect the photo shoot to last between 1-2 hours. Why that length of time? I want to capture the essence and personalities of your children and family and that takes time. I'll get those poses of them smiling, but we'll also get shots of them playing and just being themselves. Those moments in which you could stop time and capture them just as they are.
I'll start by getting to know your children a little and let them get to know me. We'll start with family or sibling group shots. Then I'll take some individual shots with each child. Children sometimes do better away from parents and the group so I may move them a little away from the rest for some individuals. Their personalities tend to surface a little more also.
I only have one request. Let me give the directions to the group and children. Sometimes children get overwhelmed with too many voices giving instructions. For babies and little ones I will certainly need your help and I will let you know when.

~I retain ownership rights of all photos and may use in publicity, portfolios, contests, etc.

Anyone contemplating whether or not you should do this with Amy, don't waste your time thinking. SHE IS GREAT!!! It did not take even 30min. to get spectacular shots of my girls. The best ones are when she captured their personalities.
Of course, a good bit of her time is spent "tweeking" the pictures before printing. So your money will be very well spent.
And huge bonus is Amy is patient with children. They absolutely adore her.
